Gary Nalder

Gary has over 20 years of experience in senior management and executive roles within the financial services industry. As General Manager of New Zealand for Quadrent, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of Quadrent’s New Zealand equipment leasing business.

Prior to Quadrent, Gary spent over 10 years as Director Asset Finance for Westpac Institutional Bank. During his time at Westpac, he represented Westpac as a board member of Drive Electric, was a member of the Government’s EV Leadership Group, and a member of Westpac NZ’s Climate Change Action working group and Cleantech Finance Committee.

As General Manager NZ for Quadrent, Gary was instrumental in the creation of Quadrent’s unique Green Lease for technology, designed to reduce corporate e-waste and repurpose large numbers of end-of-life corporate devices into schools where students don’t have access to a device.

Gary’s proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans and originating new opportunities in sustainable finance has created value and sustainable benefits for his customers.
